- 100g smoked salmon
- 80g soft goat s cheese with nuts
- Half Avocado
- Half small onion, sliced into thin strips.
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- Dried cilantro
- Baby rainbow chard
- Dried parsley, coriander, kale
- Sauce
- Soya sauce
- Wasabi
Directions
- 1Lay out the salmon slices and spread a thin layer of goat cheese onto each, add slices of avocado and onion strips. Sprinkle with dried parsley, coriander and kale.
- 2Carefully roll up into spirals. Once the roll is complete, sprinkle the roll with sesame seeds. Cut the roll in half, then line the two halves up and slice even 3cm rings.
- 3Garnish with baby rainbow chard.
- 4For a source: put some soy sauce and some wasabi in a small plate and mix them.
